Old Timey Album Discography
By David Edwards and Mike Callahan
Last update: July 17, 2025

The Old Timey label was Arhoolie's vehicle for, well, old time songs, primarily country and Cajun music. It included music back to the early part of the twentieth century.

Old Timey used a variety of colors for their labels, from various shades of blue, green or grey. Second pressings did not necessarily use the same colors. Original pressings of the first eight albums (LP-100 to LP-107) used a design with the label name in block letters at the top (far left). Starting with LP-108, and reissues of the earlier albums, used a stylized font for the label name at the top (near left).
